What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Teacher Development: Conduct regular classroom walkthroughs, provide actionable feedback, and facilitate targeted professional development.
• Positive Culture: Cultivate a safe, inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and promotes restorative practices.
• Daily Operations: Assist the Principal in managing daily school logistics, safety protocols, and student attendance initiatives.
• Passionate Communicator: Skilled at partnering, and establishing positive, supportive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

• NYS Certification: Valid New York State School Building Leader certificate.
